Kathy has been in the Real Estate Industry since 2005. Prior to that she was a Financial Planner for 23 years in Michigan. Her mother was a successful REALTOR in Georgia for years. She grew up in the Construction business as her father was a General Contractor.

Kathy was trained by an Appraiser early on in her career. Being from Michigan and a love for the water she chose to study Lake Normans waterfront properties and learn all the nuances of the waterfront properties. She brought all those skills together and chose to specialize in the older waterfront lots.
